Customers who purchase ULS On-Site Warranty Service are guaranteed next business day on-site service during the warranty period. All repairs are performed in accordance with ULS factory procedures and specifications to make certain your Universal laser system performs properly.
In the event ULS technical support determines a problem with your Universal laser system and on-site service is required, ULS technical support will contact you by telephone to schedule a service visit. If replacement warranty parts are required to perform the service, the ULS technician will schedule their visit to coincide with delivery of these parts.
