ULS Factory Service Technicians will professionally install your Universal laser system.
A ULS service technician will contact you by telephone after you have ordered a Universal laser system to schedule a pre-site inspection survey. The pre-site survey is designed to ensure everything is in place and ready for installation. The pre-site survey will be scheduled one week prior to the scheduled arrival of your laser system.
Your ULS service technician will contact you by telephone once your laser system has been shipped to schedule installation and basic operational training. Keep in mind it is required that your system operator(s) be present during installation and basic operational training. Upon successful installation and customer approval, you will receive a copy of the ULS installation acceptance certificate and have the opportunity to provide feedback of your experience to our technician.
